I haven't uploaded the config because I've still been tweaking it as I play but if these steps don't work for you I could share it. I'm going to do a video on how to do gyro aim on PC soon because a lot of people ask how to do gyro aim and it's too hard to explain without seeing it done in real-time. It's not simple to set up, but it's still probably better than the old method of using mode shifting all over the controller. In my default set you can see that ZL is set to "change to aiming" You have to set an activator on your left trigger in both action sets, one in your default set to enter aiming mode and then one in the aiming set to leave aiming mode. The confusing part is getting Steam to switch between this and the default layout when aiming. This is where you put all of the keyboard and mouse inputs you'll need when aiming- the gyro is a mouse, the right stick is set to mouse joystick, and the face buttons are whatever actions you need while aiming (I've got reloading, action prompt button, and the zoom in/out keys).
